Blind Wine tasting of French wine decades

Wine merchant and collector of rare wines, I propose a tasting for connoisseurs of old wines. We'll be covering the vintages of the 20th and 21st centuries, from the 1950s to the present day. Older wines are very specific, and can be both fantastic and disappointing. It's a bit of a lottery, but it's also at these moments that the best surprises appear.

We'll also look at wine conservation, from assessing whether a wine is still good after 60 years or so by looking at the bottle, to serving old wines and thinking about pairings.
